Room & Accommodation Cancellations
- Payment Schedule: A 50% deposit is collected upfront at the time of booking. The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full within 2 weeks (14 days) of your arrival date.
- Within 48 Hours of Booking: 100% full refund on any payments made if canceled within 48 hours of completing your reservation.
- Up to 30 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made up to 30 days before your check-in date receive a 25% refund.
- Less than 30 Days Prior to Arrival: Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in, or no-shows, are non-refundable (0% refund).
Activities & Add-Ons (Airport Transfers, Surfboard Rentals, Surf Lessons)
- Payment Schedule: 100% upfront payment is required at the time of booking any activity, transfer, or rental.
- 14+ Days Prior to Activity Date: 100% full refund if canceled at least 14 days before the scheduled activity or transfer date.
- Less than 14 Days Prior: Non-refundable (0% refund) if canceled within 14 days of the scheduled activity date.
- Weather & Ocean Conditions: If unsafe surf or weather forces us to cancel a lesson or activity, we will first attempt to reschedule. If that is not possible, a full refund will be issued for the impacted activity.
