East Lombok Surf Villas
By booking, checking in, or staying with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. This includes our Surf & Board Hire Agreement, which applies whenever you book a surf lesson, guided surf, camp, or hire boards and equipment with us.
All room rates, activity fees, and add-on services are quoted in IDR. Rates are subject to applicable local taxes and service fees, which will be detailed on your booking invoice. Prices are subject to change without notice prior to booking confirmation.
Guests renting surfboards or equipment assume full responsibility for the gear during the rental period. Standard wear and tear is covered; structural damage, broken boards, snapped fins, or lost equipment will result in repair or replacement fees charged to the security deposit or card on file.
Full risk, responsibility, and damage terms for surf lessons, guided surfs, camps, and equipment hire are set out in our Surf & Board Hire Agreement, completed with guests before their first session or equipment hire.
Meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) are not included in the base room rate. However, on-site meal options and beverages are available for purchase during your stay. Guests are also welcome to explore the wide selection of nearby restaurants, or ask our team for local dining recommendations.
On-site vehicle and scooter parking is included in your stay at no extra cost; however, advance reservation is strictly required due to limited space. The property accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings left inside parked vehicles.
Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors participating in surf lessons or water activities must have a signed parental or guardian waiver prior to entering the water.
Due to the villa's natural terrain and layout, accessibility features may be limited. Guests with specific mobility or physical requirements are requested to contact us prior to booking so we can advise on suitability.
Guests must respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Non-registered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or communal areas after quiet hours without prior management approval. Property management reserves the right to terminate the stay of any guest causing excessive disruption without a refund.
If you experience any issues or dissatisfaction with your room, lessons, or services during your stay, please notify management immediately so we can resolve it. Unresolved disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local laws in Indonesia.
Guest personal data (including passport details, email, and payment records) collected during booking or verification is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy for reservation management, legal compliance, and guest security.
Guests participate in surf lessons, surfboard rentals, airport transfers, and villa amenities voluntarily and at their own risk. East Lombok Surf Villas accepts no liability for personal injury, illness, property loss, or damage occurring on or off the premises, except where caused by gross negligence by our staff.
East Lombok Surf Villas shall not be held liable or responsible for failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure arises from causes beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather/ocean conditions, natural disasters, power grid failures, or government restrictions.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers or purports to confer on any third party any benefit or right to enforce any term contained herein.
Failure by East Lombok Surf Villas to enforce any provision of these terms at any time shall not be construed as a waiver of such provision or affect the right to enforce it thereafter.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
